I am not able to attend this show every year, but I do attend fairly frequently. This is one of my favorite shows. I like being able to stroll through the vendors. I like parking on grass, alongside 600 or so of my new best friends in the "Classics" class. This show is well run, and I like being pre-registered and not having to go back to a registration tent and filling out paperwork.
I realize that the awards are all handmade clock trophies and they are certainly very desirable. I'm sure it takes a lot of time to make each one, and maybe theres just not enough time between each annual show to make more. However, with 1300 plus cars and trucks, one would think that they could hand out a few more awards. Just my two cents worth on that topic.
My thanks to everyone running this show, especially the Beloit Evening Lions Club and the multiple car clubs assisting. Good Job and I will see you next year, weather permitting.
