The classes were rearranged this year, with a few classes being eliminated and several others being consolidated. Consequently, many more trophies were handed out in each
class.

My car (a vintage Mustang) was in class Q (Sports Cars/Special Interest/Exotics/Corvettes/Mustangs/Kit Cars/Motorcycles/Orphans/etc). The Best in Class winners in this class were a pair of funeral hearses, a Kawasaki motorcyle, a dune buggy, two different AC Cobras, a 2004 Mustang Mach 1, a Jaquar, a vintage Mustang and a vintage Shelby. Next year, I will try to register in the factory stock class, just to get away from this nonsense in Class Q.

There appeared to be many cars in the "mild to full custom" classes this year. As a result, it seemed that the factory stock and modified classes were sparsely populated. The difference between a mild custom and a modified car is confusing to me. I noticed some inconsistency in placing cars in classes at this show. I assume that owners were permitted to determine which class to put their respective cars in, if there were options.

I would like to see some nice door prizes given away at this show, allowing for the $15 fee to get in. A few more bathrooms would have been nice, too. The food was served up quick, maybe too quick for most folks (brats were warm but browned). The ice cream truck line was backed up all day.

This was an OK show, that was run pretty well, but I am in disagreement about the class structure, even though more than enough trophies were handed out for the smaller number of classes. I forgot to take my bug spray and the mosquitos/gnats were pretty active in the AM. Having some bug spray would have been luxurious.

Its run well, good atmosphere, good crowd, tons of pedestrian traffic.

Its still my favorite show of the year.
