- Why do I need to register for an account to order prints? Wisconsin Collector Car requires you to register an account to make it easier to stay in contact during the ordering process. Plus, having an account has many other benefits including posting on the Forum and uploading photos to the Photo Gallery
- How do I know if my payments are secure? Wisconsin Collector Car does not handle payments. Instead, payments are handled securely via PayPal. PayPal is a renowned online transaction service which will securely process your order. More information is available here
- How can I pay? I don't have a PayPal account! PayPal accepts all major credit cards in addition to PayPal accounts so ordering is as easy as any other online transaction
- Why is there a bunch of large, black text over all the images, and will this appear on my prints? The large, black "© 2008 Wisconsin Collector Car" text is removed from all prints. Only a very small, white signature is placed in the bottom right-hand corner
- Why is the shipping so expensive? Wisconsin Collector Car has partnered with Mpix.com to provide the printing and shipping services. Mpix sets the shipping rate. It makes sense to order several prints at once because the shipping won't go up
- Are any of the pictures distorted when enlarged? Yes, anything above a 11x14 requires us to re-render the HDR effect and so the picture may appear distorted from the version you see on the site. If you're interested in ordering a large print but would like to see how it looks first, simply contact us and we'll be glad to send you a larger version of the image to preview
- I have a question about my order! Simply contact us and we'll get back to you shortly regarding your order
- I'm getting a bunch of emails about my order, why so many? Wisconsin Collector Car has partnered with PayPal to securely transfer your payment. You will receive an email for this step of the process, along with one from Wisconsin Collector Car. Also, you may receive an email from our photo printing partner, Mpix, who prints and ships your order

- Wisconsin Collector Car is not responsible for the printing of the images. This service is provided by Mpix.com and Wisconsin Collector Car cannot ensure the integrity of prints. Damaged prints or other problems with the order must be addressed to Mpix
- Images larger than 11x14 may appear distorted
- Due to the rendering process involved with HDR photography, some photos may not be available in all sizes. If this is the case and we cannot provide the image size you ordered, we will enlarge your photo for free or refund you for the next available size
- Wisconsin Collector Car is not looking to make huge profits by selling these prints. We are simply providing a service for car enthusiasts to obtain prints of these beautiful works of art. Additional funds will be used in support of work done on the Wisconsin Collector Car website
- Images may be cropped without notification to fit the specified order dimensions
